Paranoid or what?

We have an little devise from Scottish power that shows you how much electricity you are using. You're meant to be able to use it to save energy and money. Its getting on my nerves. If I am the last person to leave the house I check it make sure that I have turned everything off. I had to go back and check it fourteen times one day last week, just to make sure. Actually I was happy the thirteenth time but popped back once more because thirteen is unlucky for some.

Sounds like you have a new OCD...

Ah perhaps fame at last, or maybe infamy.

But don't you have a fridge or a freezer that would be consuming electicity?

Anon - Yes but I have managed to accept a background level of usage. Hell this is sad - off to seek some help.

This device sounds suspiciously like a waste of energy. Lob it in the duck pond.

SAHIP - Good advice consider it lobbed.

I was given something but I cant manage to link it into the supply at either the house or the flat! From reading this post, Im thinking that might have been a good thing :)

JC - don't go there. I have binned ours. I've found something else to worry about anyway :)
